This dashboard enables multi-site monitoring of pump service activities including filter replacement, and leak detection. Service teams can quickly drill down into site-specific detailed dashboards for pressure trends, pump history, and maintenance forecasting
Dashboard Overview
The Pump Service & Maintenance Dashboard provides high‑level visibility across all monitored sites. The Central Dashboard displays the total number of inlet/outlet leak or blockage alerts, pump health status, location‑based visualization on a map, and categorized service requirements such as filter replacement, routine service intervals, and major service intervals.
Users can quickly access pump‑specific details including working hours, pressure readings, and site location. Telemetry tables provide historical operational logs such as inlet pressure, outlet pressure, pressure differential, and working hours, enabling detailed diagnosis of patterns or abnormalities.
From the multi‑site overview, users can drill down to the Site‑Specific Dashboard. This includes live pressure gauges, pressure trends, leak/blockage readings in bar, filter status, service‑due counters, and a complete filter replacement trend chart. Operators can also view detailed pump card information containing organization, geography, working hours, pressure‑in/out, and remote access options.
Together, the Central and Site-Specific Dashboards provide a complete preventive maintenance framework – improving decision-making, increasing reliability, and reducing downtime.
