Template Information

The dashboard begins with a high-level status summary that evaluates the current condition of the sealing process. This summary indicates whether vacuum force is within the target range, whether a proper seal is being formed, and whether the seal dwell time and temperature are within effective limits. These indicators provide immediate feedback on seal integrity and highlight potential risks, such as excessive vacuum, insufficient heat, or inadequate sealing duration.

Below the summary, individual sections display real-time values and historical trends for each key sealing parameter. Vacuum Force Trends: Show pressure behavior over time and stability within defined limits. Seal Dwell Time Trends: Reveal whether sealing duration is consistent or drifting outside acceptable ranges. Seal Temperature Trends: Confirm that sufficient heat is applied to achieve a reliable seal without damaging packaging material or product.

Each KPI is displayed with gauges that show the current operating point relative to target ranges, allowing operators to quickly assess whether the sealing process is stable or approaching critical limits.

At the bottom of the dashboard, a Correlation Chart combines seal pressure, dwell time, and temperature on a shared timeline. This view enables identification of abnormal interactions between parameters, such as increased pressure without adequate temperature or extended dwell time compensating for low heat. The correlation analysis supports root-cause identification and process optimization.

Together, these components provide a complete, and actionable view of vacuum sealing performance, ensuring product protection, regulatory compliance, and consistent packaging quality.
